Job Summary

To support a growing personal injury firm, the remote Corporate Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-demand positions, including Case Managers and Paralegals, with a goal of 300+ hires by the end of 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for various positions, including applicant review and candidate qualification
• Proactive sourcing across job boards, LinkedIn, and managing referral pipelines
• Building and optimizing recruiting processes, including AI-powered workflow automation

Required qualifications

• 2-8 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume corporate or agency environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining quality
• Exceptional organizational skills with a preference for systems over memory
• Strong communication skills to represent the brand to candidates
• Tech fluency, including comfort with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
