Corporate Recruiter
Job Summary
To empower federal government agencies with skilled professionals, the full-time Corporate Recruiter will source candidates for various roles, manage multiple recruiting campaigns, and implement innovative sourcing strategies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels to fill existing contracts and identify exceptional hires for proposals
- Manage 3-10 concurrent recruiting campaigns while meeting deadlines and building a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Conduct market research and utilize creative sourcing strategies to find hard-to-find cleared candidates
Required qualifications
- At least 1+ years of experience recruiting for federal government contracts
- Familiarity with sourcing for DoD and civilian roles
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Exceptional ability to craft detailed Boolean/keyword searches
- Bachelor's degree required
