Corporate Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a healthcare facility, the part-time Corporate Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, and proactively source candidates while working remotely on a local contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake to candidate placement
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct candidate phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or large corporate environments
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting
• Strong experience in sourcing and evaluating candidates across multiple professional-level functions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities
