Job Summary

Independently managing full-cycle recruiting for various corporate functions, the remote Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience while utilizing data and AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process from intake to offer across multiple roles
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to set expectations and provide market insights
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to create inclusive talent pipelines and ensure a thoughtful candidate experience

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across various corporate functions
• Ability to manage a recruiting desk independently, including leading intake and building search strategies
• Proven experience using AI and modern recruiting tools to streamline workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with hiring managers and candidates
• Experience using data to assess pipeline health and drive diverse hiring outcomes
