Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruitment for engineering, marketing, finance, and other professional roles, the full-time Corporate Recruiter will build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and enhance recruiting metrics in a remote environment focused on expanding the company's presence in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies
• Source, review, screen, and evaluate qualified applicants for various professional roles
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines while using data-driven approaches to track and report on key recruiting metrics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or technology
• Proven ability to source and evaluate talent across North America
• Strong understanding of the candidate marketplace in the US and Canada
• Experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and improve outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities effectively
