Corporate Recruiter
Job Summary
Acting as a consultant to hiring managers, the full-time remote Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full cycle recruiting, utilizing various sourcing methods to attract passive candidates
- Develop relationships with hiring managers to enhance recruitment strategies and assist in the interview process
- Maintain candidate communications and documentation through the recruitment ATS, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or a related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of recruiting or related experience, with a preference for call center hiring
- Experience with passive sourcing techniques and HRIS system upgrades
- Proficiency in full cycle recruiting and familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably Taleo
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple openings concurrently
