Job Summary

Leading the recruitment strategy for Enabling Functions, the full-time Corporate Teams Recruiting Lead will manage a small team of recruiters and oversee mid-level finance recruitments while optimizing talent acquisition processes in a remote role based anywhere in the US.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute recruitment strategies for corporate functions, collaborating with HR partners to enhance talent acquisition practices
  • Manage a team of recruiters while handling personal requisition loads and leading large projects related to recruitment systems
  • Develop a talent pipeline and provide subject matter expertise to ensure a positive candidate experience and meet hiring goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing a recruiting function or team, preferably in a remote capacity
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies with senior leaders
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, including data analysis and process improvement
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
