Job Summary
Leading a team of recruiters, the full-time Corporate Teams Recruiting Lead will execute recruitment strategies for corporate functions, manage mid-level finance recruitments, and optimize talent acquisition processes in a remote role based anywhere within the US.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for Enabling Functions, including Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT, and People Teams
- Manage a team of recruiters while actively handling personal recruitment assignments and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Stabilize and enhance the Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Relationship Management system to improve recruitment efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in managing a recruiting function or team, preferably in a remote setting
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, including data analysis and process improvement
- Strong project management skills and experience in coordinating the work of others
