Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiting Sourcer for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for various Corporate roles including technical, finance, project management, and HR
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate position criteria and provide ongoing status updates on sourcing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of Talent Acquisition recruiting experience
• Extensive sourcing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to implement new sourcing initiatives and manage multiple priorities
• Advanced understanding of OFCCP regulations and FLSA compliance
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
