Key Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance matters and manage entity governance
• Lead negotiations of commercial agreements and support service product launches
• Support M&A, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance efforts

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership
• 8-12+ years of experience in renewable energy projects
• Experience with U.S. Federal and State Regulatory Compliance
• Law Firm and In-House Legal experience
