A company is looking for a Lead Corporate Reporting Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounting cycle for US legal entities, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and manage sub-consolidation reporting
• Coordinate annual audits and monitor compliance with financial obligations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent is preferred
• Experience with US GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
• Experience in managing audits and compliance processes
