Corporate Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the company's financial reporting processes and internal control systems, the full-time Corporate Reporting & Controls Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies while managing reporting frameworks and driving continuous improvements remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS
• Coordinate external audits and develop internal control policies to safeguard company assets
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent advanced degree
• 7-10+ years of experience in finance roles, with 2+ years in Financial Controlling and Compliance
• Deep expertise in finance controlling, US GAAP, and IFRS
• Project management and team management experience is a plus
• Fluent or native English speaker
