Corporate Responsibility Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for establishing and executing community engagement strategies, the full-time Corporate Responsibility Officer will focus on maintaining compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) while building relationships with community organizations and advising senior management on CRA issues, with the option for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local community engagement plans aligned with CRA and Community Benefits Plan goals
• Build partnerships to support CRA-eligible lending, investment, and financial education
• Monitor CRA performance and collaborate with business lines to improve outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or community development
• Deep understanding of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and related compliance frameworks
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with community-based organizations
• Experience in developing and implementing local engagement strategies aligned with corporate goals
