Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Manager (Corporate Insurance) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate insurance risk management and oversee the global insurance portfolio
• Manage the annual policy renewal cycle and provide expert review of insurance elements in legal agreements
• Coordinate insurance aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, or related field
• At least five years of experience in corporate risk management or commercial insurance brokerage
• Knowledge of a broad range of insurance policy types
• Basic familiarity with contract law
• Professional designations (ARM or CRM) and affiliations are a plus
