Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Safety Manager to design, develop, and implement safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and administer safety policies to establish a culture of health and safety
  • Plan, organize, and implement safety management programs; evaluate effectiveness
  • Investigate and report accidents to determine causes and preventative measures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university, preferably in a safety-related field
  • Five years of direct experience and/or training in safety management
  • Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections
  • Experience in developing and maintaining safety-related procedures and programs
  • Certification as a Safety Professional (CSP) is preferred
