Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager - Corporate Sales Development (CSD).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to create and execute targeted territory development plans
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives, including recruiting, hiring, and training
- Implement outbound calling programs and collaborate with Marketing on field activities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Sales Development Leadership Experience in the Software/Technology (SaaS) space
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years)
- 2+ years of experience analyzing data and developing sales prospecting execution plans
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members
- Demonstrated success in developing a prospect pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
