Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product demonstrations for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understand customer requirements and integrate solutions into their environment
  • Collaborate with sales teams to address customer challenges and ensure successful adoption of the platform
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline and customer-facing experience
  • Familiarity with M365, Windows/Unix file systems, and Active Directory is a plus
  • Cybersecurity certifications are a plus
  • Demonstrable record of success in environments with steep learning curves
  • Confidence in delivering presentations to diverse audiences
