Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and develop a sales team in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers and building pipeline
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and align with cross-functional teams
- Recruit, onboard, and foster professional growth for team members while improving sales processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in selling a technical product, preferably in Cybersecurity or DevSecOps
- 1+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams
- Startup experience is strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of the MEDDPICC framework
- Experience in recruiting and developing sales teams
