Job Summary
Leading a team of Corporate Account Executives, the full-time remote Corporate Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, coach sales talent, and support pipeline development in the mid-market segment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Executives
- Drive pipeline growth and help the team achieve revenue goals
- Provide deal support, sales coaching, and performance management
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity
- 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance
- Salesforce experience and forecasting skills
- Channel sales experience preferred
