A law firm is seeking a Corporate Securities Attorney for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities
• Advise publicly traded companies on compliance with securities regulations and corporate governance
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate enthusiasm for client service

Qualifications:

• 2 to 10 years of experience in securities and capital markets law
• Prior law firm experience in relevant practice areas
• Familiarity with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and exchange listing standards
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership in good standing
