Corporate Securities Contract Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Securities Contract Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal entity/subsidiary management support, including for entities outside the US
• Support the Treasury team on banking, investments, and securities work
• Assist the Tax team on corporate structure/reorganization activities

Required Qualifications:

• JD degree with 5 or more years of corporate experience with a law firm/in-house, preferably with SEC compliance for public companies
• Ability to work with cross-functional business and legal teams
• Ability to handle a high volume of work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload efficiently
