A company is looking for a Director & Assistant General Counsel, Corporate & Securities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. securities law compliance and public company disclosure
• Advise on corporate governance and M&A matters
• Manage a small team while fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing (U.S.)
• 12+ years of relevant experience in corporate and securities law
• Exceptional knowledge of U.S. securities laws and SEC reporting
• Experience supporting M&A and capital markets transactions
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing a small team
