Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel - Corporate & Securities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal support for securities law, SEC reporting and compliance, and corporate governance matters
Assist with international subsidiary management and investor relations
Support general commercial transactions and strategic transactions

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience with SEC reporting and securities laws
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited institution
Deep knowledge of corporate law and governance standards
Capital markets experience
Familiarity with equity compensation plans and executive compensation
