• Provide strategic leadership and vision for safety programs, ensuring integration and value
• Oversee operations of incident assessment programs and manage technology applications
• Develop communication and training plans for program updates and maintain program metrics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant security experience
• 5+ years of project management experience with large scale complex programs
• Proven experience in program strategy or capability management
• Ability to engage team members in a cross-functional, virtual environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Smartsheet)
