Corporate Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Security Operations Manager to lead their Corporate Security Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and maturity roadmap for corporate monitoring and detection engineering
• Lead and develop Corporate Security Operations Analysts and Threat Hunter & Detection Analysts through coaching and feedback
• Continuously improve alert quality and detection coverage while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR platforms, including alert tuning and detection optimization
• Strong understanding of enterprise logging across various environments
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as CMMC 2.0 or NIST 800-53
• Proven ability to build structured workflows and documentation standards
