Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Corporate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal work for corporate development activities, including M&A transactions from strategy through integration
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the firm's global M&A strategy and support corporate governance needs
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and provide business-focused legal advice to senior executives

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant legal experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate matters
• At least 2+ years of in-house experience, preferably in high-growth technology or financial services
• Strong background in corporate governance
• Active and in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions
