Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Senior Manager of Sales - Leisure responsible for driving leisure segment performance and supporting regional sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic leisure sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Mentor and provide strategic guidance to the on-property Director of Sales
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and other departments to optimize hotel revenue
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience in hospitality and leisure segments
  • Experience mentoring or supporting senior sales leaders
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience
