Corporate Services Buyer

Job Summary

Managing procurement processes for corporate services, the remote Corporate Services Buyer II will oversee supplier relationships, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts while ensuring alignment with operational needs and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage suppliers and team members to support corporate services and indirect spend categories
• Prepare Requests for Proposal/Requests for Quote and develop negotiation strategies for corporate services
• Lead the procurement process from requisition creation through final payment of invoices

Required qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in procurement and supplier management, preferably in corporate services
• Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Experience negotiating and managing various contract types, including Firm Fixed Price and service-based agreements
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar with 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
