Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Corporate Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global Corporate team on various initiatives and projects
• Conduct research and analyze corporate requirements related to incorporations and entity maintenance
• Handle entity structuring, setup, licensing, and support compliance and corporate governance matters

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate governance, business law, legal operations, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in law, corporate administration, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in using Jira, Salesforce, Looker, and other relevant tools
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google equivalents
• Fluent in English
