Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of training experience with adult learners
• A college degree with certifications in professional and personal development
• Experience managing or supervising employees is preferred
• Must be a resident of the United States with a US social security number
• Access to a functioning laptop or desktop with high-speed internet
