Key Responsibilities

• Utilize provided lesson plans and conduct virtual training sessions
• Maintain engagement and rapport with learners while managing session time effectively
• Provide feedback to the team and troubleshoot technical issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of training experience with adult learners
• A college degree and certifications related to professional and personal development
• Experience managing or supervising other employees is preferred
• Must be a resident of the United States with a US social security number
• Access to a functioning laptop or desktop computer with high-speed internet
