Corporate Soft Skills Trainer

Job Summary

To support the development of adult learners, the part-time Corporate Soft Skills Trainer will conduct virtual training sessions focused on enhancing soft skills and leadership capabilities, utilizing provided lesson plans and maintaining at least 10 hours of availability each week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual training sessions on various soft skills topics, ensuring learner engagement and effective communication
• Utilize provided resources and lesson plans while managing session time and troubleshooting technical issues as needed
• Provide feedback to the Bundle Team after each session and maintain excellent communication throughout the training process

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of training experience with adult learners
• A college degree, plus certifications or significant training related to professional and personal development
• Experience managing or supervising other employees is highly preferred
• Leadership experience in an organization and/or leadership training experience is highly preferred
• Must be a resident of the United States with a US social security number
