Corporate Soft Skills Trainer

Job Summary

To support the development of adult learners, the part-time Corporate Soft Skills Trainer will conduct virtual training sessions focused on enhancing skills such as effective communication and conflict resolution, while maintaining at least 10 hours of availability each week.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize provided lesson plans and resources to conduct engaging virtual training sessions
• Build rapport with learners and manage session pacing to ensure timely completion
• Provide feedback and maintain communication with the Bundle Team after each session

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of training experience with adult learners
• A college degree with certifications or significant training in professional and personal development
• Experience managing or supervising employees is highly preferred
• Strong time management skills and the ability to relate material to learners' real lives
• Access to a functioning laptop or desktop computer with high-speed internet and a camera
