Corporate Strategic Transaction Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate & Strategic Transaction Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial/vendor agreements supporting the company's business operations
• Assist with the rollout of standardized vendor agreement templates across the organization
• Advise business clients on contract status and other contract-related matters

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. degree or equivalent and membership in good standing with a state bar
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, including experience with corporate law and drafting/negotiating commercial contracts
• Detail and process oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
