Corporate Strategy Associate

Job Summary

To support strategic growth initiatives, the remote Corporate Strategy Associate will partner with executive leadership and private equity sponsors to drive key decisions, conduct financial analysis, and prepare executive reports.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership on organic and inorganic growth strategies
• Conduct financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present executive reports to the Board and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate strategy
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Experience in multi-unit retail environments
• Ability to work closely with executive teams and stakeholders
• Healthcare experience is not required
