Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic projects and manage cross-functional initiatives
• Support AI-related projects in Commercial and Medical Affairs, ensuring compliance and alignment
• Conduct commercial due diligence and manage external vendor relationships for business development

Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced degree strongly preferred (PhD, MD, PharmD, MBA)
• 5-10+ years of experience in big pharma/biotech strategy or top-tier management consulting
• Strong understanding of drug development and commercial dynamics, particularly in hematology and oncology
• Proven experience leading complex strategic projects with multiple stakeholders
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to produce polished executive presentations
