Corporate Strategy Director

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time Corporate Strategy Director will drive the development and execution of corporate strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead critical growth initiatives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and operationalization of corporate strategy, acting as an advisor to the Executive Leadership Team
• Ensure alignment of business unit and functional strategies with overall corporate goals
• Direct critical transformation initiatives and support corporate development efforts, including acquisitions and joint ventures

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant strategy experience, including 2+ years with a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• MBA strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree required in Business or Operations-related fields
• Industry experience in consumer products, retail, software, or analytics sectors is desired
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor strategy teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel modeling for business development and operations
