Key Responsibilities:

• Assess market opportunities, conduct market sizing analyses, and evaluate potential growth areas for products and services
• Identify and support due diligence on potential partnership and M&A targets
• Support post-merger integration efforts and ensure smooth transitions and alignment of acquired businesses

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields
• Proven project management skills and experience in market research, business case development, and quantitative modeling
• Passion for healthcare and in-depth knowledge of the Payer and Provider industries
