Corporate Strategy Executive

Job Summary

Strategically guiding the company's direction, the full-time salaried Vice President, Corporate Strategy will lead major strategic initiatives, develop competitive strategies, and define the strategic planning process, with opportunities for remote work and based in Towson, MD, New Britain, CT, or Charlotte, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and initiatives mandated by the Board of Directors or Executive Committee
• Partner with executive leaders to shape competitive strategies and conduct ongoing competitive monitoring
• Define and manage the strategic planning process, including long-range and strategic planning reviews

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, and project management, including 4+ years in top-tier management consulting
• Advanced degree or MBA preferred, with a background in quantitative disciplines such as business, economics, finance, mathematics, or statistics
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in market analysis and business intelligence
• Proven leadership experience in a for-profit environment within a similar industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
