Corporate Strategy Executive

Job Summary

Serving as a key strategic advisor, the full-time Head of Corporate Strategy & Development will lead enterprise strategy, corporate development, and competitive analysis in a remote capacity, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the enterprise-wide strategic agenda, including the 3-5 year strategic planning cycle and long-range plan
• Oversee the corporate development lifecycle, managing deal structuring, valuation, and post-merger integration
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, developing Board-level strategy narratives

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in corporate strategy and corporate development within a global organization
• Proven track record of leading complex M&A deals from origination to close
• Experience advising C-suite and Board-level stakeholders with credibility and impact
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market intelligence and competitive dynamics into strategic plans
• Fluency in AI-enabled strategy and analytics workflows, including competitive intelligence and scenario modeling
