Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Strategy Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute corporate development activities including commercial due diligence, negotiations, and integration efforts
• Conduct in-depth analysis of businesses to identify opportunities and improvement areas
• Manage cross-functional projects, structure complex problems, and deliver strategic insights for leadership

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking and/or internal Corporate Development at an enterprise software, SaaS, or consumer internet company
• Strong executive presence and ability to interface with senior leadership
• Ability to take initiative and own strategy execution
• Experience in balancing multiple priorities and providing cross-functional leadership
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel modeling, and data analytics; SQL experience is a plus
