Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Switchboard Operator who will provide customer service support and manage incoming calls for various entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality customer service for internal and external customers
  • Redirect incoming customer service requests and assess customer needs
  • Provide administrative support for Consumer Affairs teams and Executive offices
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule during normal business hours
