Corporate Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
• Develop and implement tax strategies and coordinate tax audits
• Prepare and review tax-related financial statements and provide advisory support to Senior Management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant tax experience
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Smartsheet and OneSource
• Ability to conduct research on complex tax issues and stay updated on tax law changes
• Experience assisting with budget processes
