Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Team Lead to assist in team growth and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day agent team questions, issues, and reporting duties
• Monitor team workload, delegate tasks, and ensure staff readiness
• Provide training and mentorship to staff while maintaining positive team communication

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with a GDS, preferably Sabre Native
• 5+ years of experience in faring, ticketing, and exchanges
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, TEAMs, Excel, and other technology products
• Strong geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide innovative travel solutions
