Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Proactively source candidates and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
Required Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of recruiting experience in a high volume, technical environment

  • Experience sourcing and hiring IT and corporate professionals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously
