Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Proactively source candidates and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-5 years of recruiting experience in a high volume, technical environment
- Strong technical knowledge to discuss requirements with hiring managers
- Experience sourcing and hiring IT and corporate professionals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously
