Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Corporate Technical Recruiter, this full-time remote position will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and proactively sourcing top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define business objectives and ideal candidate profiles
- Own the recruitment lifecycle from job intake to offer and hire, ensuring timely communication with candidates
- Proactively source candidates through various strategies, including networking and social media
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, technical focus environment
- Strong technical knowledge, including familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL
- Experience sourcing and hiring IT and corporate professionals
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
