Corporate Technology Manager

Job Summary

Guiding a senior security team and overseeing IT programs, the full-time Corporate Technology Manager will manage security and IT initiatives, including SOC 2 audits and SaaS tool portfolios, in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and advance Caribou's security posture and IT operations, ensuring systematic evidence collection for audits
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the implementation and adoption of SaaS and AI tools across the organization
• Develop and maintain GRC policies and controls, translating compliance obligations into operational practices

Required qualifications

• Proven experience delivering a SOC 2 Type II audit as the primary owner
• Strong background in managing detection and response functions, including SIEM and incident ownership
• Experience running a SaaS portfolio, including governance and adoption strategies
• Demonstrated ability to manage identity and access management processes end-to-end
• Experience leading enterprise-wide software rollouts and managing MSP relationships
