Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Trainer to lead and deliver comprehensive training programs for a healthcare client.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging training courses for internal employees and external audiences across various platforms (ILT and vILT)
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of training programs, including instructional materials and online learning resources
- Audit training records to ensure compliance with company, quality, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of professional experience in training delivery or learning development
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
- Strong passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing the consumer experience
