Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Trainer to lead and deliver comprehensive training programs for a healthcare client.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging training courses for internal employees and external audiences across various platforms (ILT and vILT)
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of training programs, including instructional materials and online learning resources
• Audit training records to ensure compliance with company, quality, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of professional experience in training delivery or learning development
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
• Strong passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing the consumer experience
