Job Summary

Delivering and evaluating training programs for mortgage professionals, the full-time Corporate Trainer will conduct live and web-based sessions while partnering with product and marketing teams to develop effective learning materials in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver live and web-based training sessions for sales and operations
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create sales-focused training materials and programs
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and industry changes
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of mortgage experience
  • NMLS certification preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Confident public speaking abilities
  • Ability to articulate ideas and technical procedures effectively
