Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Training and Development Specialist to develop and deliver training programs across corporate departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and new hire support programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Design and facilitate internal training sessions while evaluating training effectiveness through metrics
  • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Training, Learning & Development, or HR
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Technical skills in LMS platforms and instructional design tools
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint for content management
