Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Training and Development Specialist to develop and deliver training programs across corporate departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and new hire support programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity
- Design and facilitate internal training sessions while evaluating training effectiveness through metrics
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Training, Learning & Development, or HR
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Technical skills in LMS platforms and instructional design tools
- Working knowledge of SharePoint for content management
